Anti-Corruption, Integrity, and Ethics Practice Require Joint Effort by Labor and Management... Housing Finance Corporation Holds 'Ethical Management Declaration Ceremony'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) recently held the ‘HF Labor-Management Joint Ethical Management Declaration Ceremony,’ with joint participation from labor and management including the president, auditor, and labor union chairman, to foster an anti-corruption and integrity culture.
The ‘HF Labor-Management Joint Ethical Management Declaration Ceremony’ is an event to pledge the commitment to ethical management aimed at preventing conflicts of interest and corrupt practices that may arise throughout management, and to promote the spread of an anti-corruption and integrity culture.
The ceremony proceeded in the order of ▲ declaration of ethical management and joint pledge of practice ▲ agreement on ethical management practices for HF’s anti-corruption and conflict of interest prevention by the president, auditor, and labor union chairman ▲ ethical management practice pledge for employees.
President Choi Jun-woo said, “We will strive to practice transparent and clean management that meets the trust and expectations of the public, so that we can advance as a leading public institution in ethical management.”
Labor Union Chairman Kang Min-tae said, “It was a meaningful event where labor and management jointly pledged their commitment to ethical management,” and added, “The labor union will actively participate in the management’s ethical management policies.”
