Gyeongnam National University Selected for 'Gyeongnam Province Village-University Win-Win Community Project'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Song Jong-gu] The LINC3.0 Project Group at Gyeongnam National University was recently selected for Gyeongsangnam-do’s ‘2022 Gyeongsangnam-do Village-University Win-Win Community Project.’
This project, hosted by the provincial government, was established to solve various problems faced by villages through mutual cooperation between villages and universities.
The selected Gyeongnam National University LINC3.0 Project Group will officially operate ‘Village School Season 2’ starting in July in Sujeong Village, Gusan-myeon, Masanhappo-gu, with a total project budget of 28.5 million KRW to develop a ‘Business Model for the Village Community.’
‘Village School Season 2’ consists of ▲ a workshop signaling the restart of village community restoration ▲ education on developing business models to secure the self-sustainability of the village community ▲ consulting on organizing resident-led village enterprises (cooperatives) ▲ hosting the 2nd Village Festival (founding general meeting of the village enterprise and entertainment events).
