Samsung Life Launches 'Mini Life Protection Insurance' Giftable via Mobile
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Samsung Life Insurance announced on the 6th that it has launched the 'Samsung Mini Life Protection Insurance (Non-dividend)' which can be gifted via mobile.
The Samsung Mini Life Protection Insurance covers various risks that may occur in daily life nowadays, with increased outdoor activities and travel due to the easing of social distancing.
The insurance period is a one-year term, and the insured amount can be chosen between 10 million KRW and 5 million KRW.
For the 10 million KRW insured amount option, the premium is a single payment of 1,400 KRW for men and 1,500 KRW for women. It pays 200,000 KRW (per case) upon diagnosis of about 40 specific legally designated infectious diseases such as dengue fever and tetanus, 50,000 KRW (one-time limit) for viral and specific intestinal infections, and 1 million KRW (one-time limit) for anaphylactic shock caused by bee stings or drug side effects.
This product can be subscribed to and gifted through the Samsung Life Insurance Mobile Direct website, and it is also available through Samsung Life Insurance consultants.
