In the Seoul metropolitan area, the golf-eligible population is expected to decrease by only 3.8%, from 108,300 last year to 104,200 in 2026, so the difficulty in making reservations is not expected to change significantly. In Jeju Island, although the oversupply of golf courses continues and new golf course supply has stopped, the population is increasing, making it the only region with growth from 13,200 last year to 14,300 in 2026. Last year, the golf-eligible population per golf course was 108,300 in the Seoul metropolitan area and 100,000 in the Busan·Ulsan·Gyeongnam region.
