Maeil Dairies stated, "We confirmed that the products met safety standards before shipment, but this phenomenon occurred in some products. Due to concerns about quality degradation during the summer season, we proactively decided on a voluntary recall."
Maeil Dairies is currently inspecting various aspects such as equipment and production processes to accurately identify the cause. Customers who purchased the product and wish to receive a refund or exchange can contact the customer service center.
