Ediya Coffee Introduces Four Types of 'Mint Choco Bakery'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Ediya Coffee announced on the 22nd that it will launch four new menu items called ‘Mint Choco Bakery,’ which allow customers to enjoy the sweetness of chocolate and the refreshing taste of mint.
The Mint Choco Bakery, available as a limited seasonal offering from the 23rd until September 30, targets the so-called ‘Mincho-dan,’ fans who love mint chocolate. To celebrate the launch of the new products, Ediya Coffee will also run a social contribution campaign with Mincho-dan and a limited-edition goods giveaway promotion.
The ‘Mint Choco Fresh Cream Castella’ features moist and soft chocolate castella filled with mint choco fresh cream. The ‘Mint Choco Fresh Cream Bread’ highlights a perfect balance of chocolate sauce and mint choco sauce drizzled over Ediya’s signature bakery menu item, Honey Bread. The ‘Mint Choco Ice Cream Waffle’ combines the chewy texture of authentic Belgian waffles with ice cream, chocolate sauce, and mint choco sauce to create a harmonious flavor. The ‘Mint Choco Croffle’ offers the sweet and refreshing taste of mint choco enhanced by the buttery aroma of the croffle, along with the texture of chocolate chips.

Ediya Coffee will also carry out social contribution activities to make the world brighter and sweeter, just like the taste of mint choco. A portion of the sales revenue from the Mint Choco Bakery will be donated for public interest purposes through the ‘Good Consumption’ campaign, jointly run by Ediya Coffee and the Community Chest of Korea, and customers who purchase Mint Choco Bakery items will receive a donation certificate as a commemorative token.
