On the 21st, Lotte Duty Free announced that it signed a strategic business agreement on the 20th with 'Helpy,' a health management application (app) by Korea Eisai. The signing ceremony held at Lotte Duty Free headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, was attended by Park Chang-young, Head of Global Division at Lotte Duty Free, and Lee Daero, Executive Director of Korea Eisai, representing both companies. Lotte Duty Free plans to provide differentiated customer services in cooperation with Helpy going forward.
Helpy is an app that allows easy self-health management through medication management and recording blood sugar and blood pressure levels, with about 350,000 members. Lotte Duty Free plans to carry out various promotions to create synergy between LDF BUY, an online overseas direct purchase mall selling health functional foods, and Helpy. Lotte Duty Free will provide Helpy members with a discount coupon once a month that offers a 10% discount on purchases over 60,000 KRW at LDF BUY. Additionally, an event will be held where Helpy members who purchase with the discount coupon will be entered into a draw to win Manuka honey, LDF BUY’s best-selling product.
Meanwhile, LDF BUY is holding various events to celebrate its first anniversary. Until the 30th of this month, 42 customers who leave congratulatory messages for the first anniversary in the comments will be selected by lottery to receive prizes. In July, a weekend surprise 100-won deal promotion will be held, allowing customers to purchase LDF BUY’s best products, including green-lipped mussel supplements and Manuka honey, for 100 KRW.
