Busan Bank Launches Full-Scale Overhaul of Corporate Finance Non-Face-to-Face Channels
Securing Competitiveness in Non-Face-to-Face Channels... Increasing Customer Convenience Too
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] BNK Busan Bank announced on the 15th that it will actively promote the project to revamp the non-face-to-face corporate finance channel in order to improve the existing corporate banking system.
Through this project, Busan Bank plans to completely overhaul the corporate mobile banking application, a dedicated platform for corporate finance, improve the corporate internet banking system, secure competitiveness in non-face-to-face corporate finance channels, and enhance customer convenience.
First, usability will be strengthened by redesigning the customer-centered main screen and user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), and corporate banking convenience will be improved through the introduction and revamp of core services such as inquiry, transfer, authority management, and security media.
Additionally, Busan Bank plans to introduce new corporate-specialized services such as a corporate finance dedicated product mall, fund management, and small and medium-sized enterprise support services. The corporate mobile banking app will allow users to access various services from login to electronic approval, and will enhance convenience and security by providing integrated personal business owner ID services for multiple business operators to efficiently manage their workplaces, as well as strengthening approval and authorization management.
