"Collaboration with Culinary Expert Hong Sin-ae" Maison Glad Jeju Hosts 'Dinner BBQ Party'

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Glad Hotel announced on the 14th that it will hold the 'Glad Gourmet Dinner BBQ Party,' where guests can enjoy a barbecue course meal with culinary researcher Hong Shin-ae, from July 23 to 30 at Maison Glad Jeju.
This dinner BBQ party marks the first collaboration between culinary researcher Hong Shin-ae and Maison Glad Jeju. It will be held as Jeju's first pop-up store for Hong Shin-ae Salt2 restaurant. The event is designed as a season-limited dinner course to enjoy a summer barbecue party in Maison Glad Jeju's outdoor garden 'Maison Hills' and 'Glamping Zone.'
The 5-course dinner BBQ starts with Jeju Baekryeoncho cream cheese spread as a welcome snack, followed by DIY coleslaw salad, the beloved menu from Salt called 'Fish and Chips Not Even Found in England,' seafood including horned turban shell, clams, and surf clams, as well as barbecue dishes featuring pork ribs, Korean beef tenderloin, filet mignon bacon wrap, black pork sausage, and assorted grilled vegetables. Korean beef tenderloin fried rice and abalone ramen are also served. Desserts include grilled sweet corn with butter, grilled fruits, and ice cream. Additionally, guests can order Glad's signature menu 'Lamb Chops,' Hong Shin-ae's fried chicken, and Dancing Cider Shinae Yuzu.
Reservations can be made at Maison Glad Jeju's buffet restaurant 'Samdajeong' or through Naver and online stores (TableEnjoy, Jeju Tamnao).
Maison Glad Jeju also offers the 'Glad Gourmet Package.' The stay period is from July 23 to 30, and the package benefits include one night's accommodation, admission to the outdoor swimming pool 'The Patio Pool,' dinner BBQ, Glad tube, and Dancing Cider Shinae Yuzu. When using the Terrace Suite room, guests can enjoy the dinner BBQ course on the room's terrace.
