Seocho-gu Holds Local and National Tax Seminars and Free Tax Consultations
From 2 PM on the 16th, Detailed Explanation of Cases on Comprehensive Real Estate Tax and Capital Gains Tax Due to High Apartment Prices in Seocho-gu at the District Office Auditorium
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seocho-gu announced that it will hold a 'Local Tax and National Tax Tax Briefing and Free Tax Consultation' on the 16th at 2 p.m. in the auditorium on the 2nd floor of the district office to provide practical help to residents struggling with difficult and complex tax issues.
In collaboration with the Korea Freedom Federation Seocho-gu Branch (Branch Chief Nam Hyun-jong), this briefing will introduce the revised tax policies on property tax, capital gains tax, gift tax, comprehensive real estate tax, and property tax to about 200 local residents.
In particular, due to the characteristics of Seocho-gu with high apartment prices, the briefing will focus on the tax calculation methods for comprehensive real estate tax, capital gains tax, and property tax, the non-taxation requirements for one household one house, and common mistakes made when filing taxes.
The lecture will be conducted for about three hours by Ahn Jun-hyuk, CEO tax accountant of Sangseung Tax Accounting, covering ▲ amendments to local tax laws such as property tax ▲ explanation of comprehensive real estate tax ▲ non-taxation and precautions for one household one house ▲ amendments to capital gains tax applied from transfers after May 10, 2022 ▲ inheritance tax and gift tax saving tips ▲ and Q&A.
Additionally, a corner of the briefing venue will operate booths where three Seocho-gu village tax accountants provide one-on-one free tax consultations, allowing residents to receive advice on gift tax, inheritance tax, and tax-saving methods they have been curious about. The Seocho-gu village tax accountants conducting the consultations are tax accountants Park Joo-young, Jo Un-san, CEO tax accountant of Haewon Tax Accounting, and tax accountant Kwon Hyuk-il of San-gyeong Tax Corporation.
