Hankook Tire Launches New Tires for Cargo Trucks
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Hankook Tire & Technology has launched the new cargo truck tire SmartFlex AH51 in the domestic market on the 10th.
It is the successor model to the AH31, which was first introduced in the European market last August, with improved mileage, fuel efficiency, and braking performance compared to the previous product. The tread blocks in contact with the road surface have been widened, and a new compound was applied to enhance durability against wear and tearing. The company explained that the hidden groove technology, which changes the tread shape as the tire wears, was applied to optimize performance.
