Air Seoul: "Wake Up Your Dormant Account and Get Free Air Tickets"
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Air Seoul announced on the 8th that it will hold a promotion to reactivate dormant accounts.
Air Seoul is conducting a "Zombie Festival" event until the 19th, offering prizes such as airline tickets to customers who reactivate their dormant accounts on the company’s website.
Prizes include international flight tickets, domestic flight tickets, Air Seoul model airplanes, and coffee gifticons. Customers are automatically entered into the draw upon reactivating their dormant accounts. Winners will be announced on the Air Seoul website notice board on the 27th.
An Air Seoul representative said, "The number of dormant members increased during the COVID-19 period, so this is to encourage members to reactivate their accounts ahead of the summer vacation season," adding, "As international flights resume in full swing, we plan to offer various benefits to Air Seoul members."
Meanwhile, ahead of the full resumption of international flights, Air Seoul is running a spectacular discount event offering up to 93% off on airfares starting from the day before the holiday.
