[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Maeil Dairies' cheese specialty brand Sangha Cheese announced on the 8th that it has launched a 'low-fat high-protein cheese' boasting the highest protein content in Korea.
The new product has 40% more protein and 30% less fat compared to regular sliced cheese. Additionally, 1.5 mg of zinc, which helps support normal immune function, is added per slice to make it healthier to enjoy. It is also made with 100% milk protein, which has high digestibility and absorption, making it perfect not only for growing children but also as a nutritious snack for adults who need protein.
