Simple yet Elegant Home Meals Appeal to Consumers in Their 30s and 40s
A Samsung Electronics model is introducing the Bespoke Cooker, which has surpassed cumulative sales of 100,000 units, at the Samsung Digital Plaza Samsung Daechi Main Store located in Daechi-dong, Seoul.

On the 8th, Samsung Electronics announced that the 'Bespoke Cooker,' launched in the domestic market last July, has sold over 100,000 units as of the end of last month. This means more than 320 units are sold daily in Korea alone.
The Bespoke Cooker is a '4-in-1' cooking appliance that combines microwave, grill, air fryer, and toaster functions. It also offers convenient features such as 'Multi-Cook,' which allows up to four dishes to be cooked simultaneously, and 'Scan Cook,' where scanning the barcode on meal kits and ready meals with the smartphone 'SmartThings Cooking' app automatically sets the optimal cooking settings.
The popularity of the Bespoke Cooker is attributed to collaborations with various partners, including meal kit and ready meal specialists, famous restaurants, and hotels, contributing to making high-quality homemade meals quickly and easily. It is especially well-received among consumers in their 30s and 40s and families with elementary school children.
Additionally, Samsung Electronics partnered with Samsung Card to launch the 'Samsung Card My Cooker Plan,' a subscription service for ready meals that reduces the initial purchase cost burden for consumers, leading to its popularization. The My Cooker Plan allows customers to purchase the Bespoke Cooker at a significantly discounted price when they buy a certain amount of ingredients monthly from partner food companies' direct online stores.
Recently, as awareness of the Bespoke Cooker has increased, single-item purchases have also been rising significantly.
Riding on this popularity, Samsung Electronics conducted a 'Nationwide Microwave Replacement Campaign' from March until the end of last month.
During the campaign period, the average daily number of My Cooker Plan subscribers tripled compared to before the campaign started this year, receiving favorable reviews. Samsung Electronics decided to extend an event offering a 220,000 KRW worth Predit gift certificate from hy's online shopping mall to My Cooker Plan subscribers until the end of this month.
