Dongbanwi-KB Kookmin Bank, 'Partner PR Challenge'... "Corporate Promotion and Job Creation"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Win-Win Growth Committee and KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 7th that they will hold the 'Win-Win Growth Partner PR Challenge' to promote companies that are good places to work and create private sector jobs.
The Win-Win Growth Partner PR Challenge is a program in which partner companies of large and medium-sized enterprises and public institutions participating in win-win growth challenge themselves to PR (Public Relation) as good workplaces targeting job seekers.
Last year, through the Win-Win Growth Partner PR Challenge, the Win-Win Growth Committee supported 12 partner small and medium-sized enterprises, connecting 93 people to regular employment, contributing to private-led job creation and alleviating the recruitment difficulties of SMEs.
This year's Win-Win Growth Partner PR Challenge involves five selected partner SMEs chosen by job seekers based on welfare, salary, and other criteria. Participating companies include △Mecaro (SK Hynix) △Pharmaresearch (Korea Fisheries Resources Agency) △SureSoftTech (Hyundai Motor Company) △HCT (SK Hynix) △Inometry (Samsung SDI).
The program supports YouTuber filming and video production to convey the participating companies' welfare, salary, corporate culture, and recruitment plans to job seekers. The videos can be viewed on the KB Good Job website, the Win-Win Growth Committee's YouTube channel (Win-Win Growth TV), and SNS channels.
