Hana Bank Launches Digital Fund Report Service 'Fund Compass'
Providing Fund Holdings Status, Expert Market Insights, and Fund Management Recommendations
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Hana Bank announced on the 7th that it will launch a monthly fund report service called 'Fund Compass' on its mobile application Hana One Q, which provides customers with a comprehensive diagnosis of their fund investment confidence and expert future outlook opinions on their held funds.
This service provides a monthly report that includes the status of held funds, returns, market outlook for each held fund, and classifies the customer's funds into ▲Buy (consider adding more) ▲Hold (maintain steadily) ▲Sell (it is better to change) categories.
In addition, to strengthen digital asset management, Hana Bank introduced a total of 14 new and improved services that allow customers to manage their funds more conveniently and easily, such as 'Switch My Fund' for easily replacing held funds and 'Fund Comparison Box' that allows comparison of up to five funds.
Kim Ki-seok, Vice President of Hana Bank's Asset Management Group, said, "As fund subscriptions through digital channels are increasing recently, it is important to manage customers' overall fund investments digitally. Through the implementation of the Fund Compass service, we have established a process to systematically care for the digital fund investment journey, and we will further expand the service to provide the best satisfaction to our customers."

Meanwhile, Hana Bank launched the 'Fund Traffic Light' service last June, which informs customers of the performance and outlook of their held funds as 'Like', 'Watch', and 'Manage', and in February, it implemented the 'Market Scoop' service that provides market conditions twice a month to fund-holding customers, receiving positive responses from customers.
