Shinsegae Food Partners with Noted to Launch Milk Bread on SSG.com 'Dawn Bread'
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Shinsegae Food announced on the 31st that it has developed the first collaborative product with the popular dessert cafe Noted (Cafe Knotted), called ‘Noted Milk Bread,’ and launched it through the ultra-fresh bakery delivery service ‘Saebyeokppang’.
Saebyeokppang is an ultra-fresh bakery delivery service where dough is kneaded every morning at the bakery store operated by Shinsegae Food within E-Mart, then baked in the oven as soon as customers place orders on SSG.com, and delivered fresh on the same day via SSG Delivery.
Noted Milk Bread is baked with dough made using milk instead of water, preserving the deep flavor of milk, and is characterized by its soft taste and moist texture. It is also made with premium ingredients such as French gourmet butter and domestic honey, allowing customers to enjoy a professional-level taste at home.
Noted Milk Bread will be sold through the Saebyeokppang platform on SSG.com starting today, priced at 6,300 won. To commemorate the launch, Shinsegae Food will offer a 2,000 won discount to customers who purchase Saebyeokppang products, including Noted Milk Bread, totaling over 10,000 won on SSG.com from the 2nd to the 8th of next month.
