Inviting Former Finance Ministers... Listening to 'Policy Directions Hoped for the New Government'
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] The Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) will hold a special dialogue titled 'Economic Policy Directions Desired by the New Government,' inviting former Ministers of Strategy and Finance.
On the 30th, FKI announced that five former Ministers of Strategy and Finance representing past administrations?Kang Man-soo, Yoon Jeung-hyun, Park Jae-wan, Hyun Oh-seok, and Yoo Il-ho?have been invited to the special dialogue scheduled for 2 p.m. on the 9th of next month.
They are expected to provide advice on economic policy directions in various fields such as economic growth, employment, structural reform, fiscal policy, business environment, and international trade. The dialogue will proceed with an opening address by Huh Chang-soo, Chairman of FKI, a congratulatory speech by Deputy Prime Minister for Economy Choo Kyung-ho, followed by the special dialogue session.
