Kwon Seong-dong, floor leader of the People Power Party, said in a press briefing after meeting with Park Byeong-seok, Speaker of the National Assembly, along with Park Hong-geun, floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, on the afternoon of the 27th, "We decided not to hold a plenary session today because the Democratic Party did not agree."
Kwon said, "if circumstances are unfavorable, the possibility of holding a plenary session on Sunday cannot be ruled out."
Park Hong-geun, floor leader of the Democratic Party, said, "We plan to continue the process of narrowing differences related to the supplementary budget and gather opinions."
