On the 26th, during the hearing of the constitutional complaint filed by Law&Company (CEO Kim Bon-hwan), the operator of Lotok, along with 60 lawyers, against Article 3 (Subject of Advertising) Paragraph 2 and Article 5 (Restrictions on Advertising Methods, etc.) Paragraph 2 of the lawyer advertising regulations, the court decided that "the part of Article 4, Item 14 stating 'advertisements contrary to the association's authoritative interpretation,' the part of Article 5, Paragraph 2, Item 1 stating 'acts of advertising, promoting, or introducing lawyers, etc.,' and the part of Article 8, Paragraph 2, Item 4 stating 'cases where acts violating the association's authoritative interpretation are performed as a purpose or means' are unconstitutional."
