Residents are guaranteed rental for eight years without worrying about moving, and upon renewal after two years of occupancy, rent increases are limited to within 5%, reducing housing cost burdens. Notably, the general subscription rent is set at 95% or less of the nearby market price, and special supply subscriptions (for youth, newlyweds, and seniors) are set at 85% or less, offering reasonable initial rents.
