Civil Service 'Thumbs Up'! ... Yeongyang-gun Achieves Excellent Legal Civil Complaint Satisfaction Score of 91.2
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gwiyeol] Yeongyang County in Gyeongbuk has been found to have very high citizen satisfaction in civil complaint services.
Yeongyang County announced on the 26th that the overall satisfaction score was 91.2 out of 100 in the statutory civil complaint satisfaction survey conducted last April.
The county conducted a survey on 500 samples out of about 6,000 civil complaints received through the internal civil complaint reception system, Saeol Administrative System, over one year from April 2021, covering six areas: application convenience, response level, civil complaint office environment, processing procedure, processing result, and overall satisfaction.
This survey was conducted over four days via telephone interviews using a standardized questionnaire by the Korea Management Association Plus, a professional customer satisfaction company.
Yeongyang County stated, "Since 2014, we have been conducting an annual statutory civil complaint customer satisfaction survey to diagnose the level of civil complaint satisfaction and improve insufficient areas."
This year's satisfaction score slightly decreased compared to last year's 92.08. In particular, the processing procedure among the six areas showed a somewhat lower score.
