The job training candidates are care workers who are enrolled in employment insurance and provided more than 60 hours per month of home care or home bathing services last year, and who have been confirmed as job training candidates for care workers by the National Health Insurance Service for the current year.
The job training will be conducted according to the National Health Insurance Service's job training curriculum and will be held face-to-face following the lifting of COVID-19 social distancing measures. The location is the training center of the Seoul Senior Care Workers Comprehensive Support Center in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. The training duration is a total of 8 hours per day, consisting of 6 hours of theory and 2 hours of practice.
To apply, long-term care institutions select a desired date from the training schedule posted on the National Health Insurance Service website, then submit the training application form and consignment training contract to the Comprehensive Support Center. Job training is conducted on a long-term care institution basis and is a non-refundable course under the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
