Dongshin University Holds 'Korea 119 Youth Enrollment Ceremony'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Dongshin University announced on the 25th that it held the '2022 Korea 119 Youth Corps Induction Ceremony' on the 25th at the 4th-floor lecture room of Daejung Building 3 at the university in cooperation with Naju Fire Station.
The event proceeded in the order of awarding certificates of appointment to the advisory teachers, awarding appointment letters to the commander and vice commander, oath-taking ceremony for 119 Youth Corps members, group commemorative photo, and fire safety education.
The Dongshin University Korea 119 Youth Corps, consisting of Professor Baek Eunseon (advisory teacher) of the Department of Fire Administration and 20 enrolled students, plans to carry out various social service activities under the Naju Fire Station in the future.
In particular, through volunteer activities utilizing their major skills, they will acquire knowledge about safety rules and strengthen their capabilities as future fire safety professionals.
