Yuyu Pharma Obtains Certification as a Women-Friendly Company from Jecheon City
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Yuyu Pharmaceutical announced on the 19th that it has been certified as a Women-Friendly Company by Jecheon City in recognition of its efforts to establish and operate a work environment favorable for women.
Yuyu Pharmaceutical is implementing various systems to improve welfare for female workers and promote work-life balance, including reduced working hours during pregnancy, parental leave, flexible working hours, spouse paternity leave, childcare allowances and support for children's tuition fees, as well as operating nursing rooms and health clinics for female employees.
Additionally, the company participates in recruitment linked with the Jecheon Women's New Employment Center and continues efforts to hire and support female workers by collaborating with Jecheon Commercial High School.
