View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Hyundai Department Store announced that on the 18th, it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the activation of art business with the Arts Management Support Center, an organization under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, at the Hyundai Department Store Group headquarters building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The signing ceremony was attended by Ji-young Jeong, Vice President and Head of Sales Division at Hyundai Department Store, and Young-ho Moon, CEO of the Arts Management Support Center.
Through this agreement, Hyundai Department Store and the Arts Management Support Center will establish a close cooperative relationship regarding ▲support exhibition projects for emerging artists ▲exhibitions to promote the culture of art collection.
Hyundai Department Store plans to collaborate with the Arts Management Support Center to hold exhibitions promoting the culture of art collection at major stores such as Mokdong and Pangyo in August, and in October, to hold an excellent artist curated exhibition titled "Manifold" at the Glasshouse, an indoor and outdoor landscaping space on the 7th floor of the Mokdong store.
