[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Busan Port Authority (BPA) has selected 18 companies and a total of 71 employees as recipients of the '2024 Busan Port Partner Small and Medium Enterprise Employee Vacation Support Project.'
The project provides partial financial support from BPA when employees of Busan Port partner small and medium enterprises participate in the Korea Tourism Organization's 'Employee Vacation Support Project.'
BPA has been implementing this project since 2020 to support the domestic travel industry, which has faced difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to improve the quality of life for employees of partner small and medium enterprises.
This year, applications were accepted from the 21st to the 6th, and recipients were selected through deliberation by the BPA Win-Win Growth Committee.
BPA provides up to 200,000 KRW per person to the selected partner small and medium enterprises and their employees.
Including the government subsidy of 100,000 KRW, the employees only need to pay 100,000 KRW to use domestic travel products worth 400,000 KRW.
