They also agreed to advance integrated nursing and caregiving services by expanding support, improving the quantity and quality of services, and enhancing the treatment of workers in integrated nursing and caregiving services.
Additionally, he announced plans to eliminate discrimination and burdens on people with disabilities by establishing 24-hour support services for severe cases, promptly introducing visiting rehabilitation services, and supporting the introduction of a differentiated fee system, thereby building a system of continuous support and customized services for the disabled.
He also plans to support the independence of people with disabilities by expanding the pilot project of the community primary care physician system.

This includes significantly expanding school and village care facilities, extending school care services until 7 p.m., eliminating care blind spots, and building a universal 'care society' to create 'care services for all.'
Furthermore, as a measure to break the vicious cycle of low birth rates, he plans to strengthen infant and toddler care by providing parenting support services such as childcare counseling even if children do not attend daycare centers, and promises to eliminate blind spots in infant and toddler care through the introduction of part-time childcare services.
He will also work with the Democratic Party to strengthen the public nature of childcare by increasing the proportion of children using public daycare centers to over 50% and lowering the child-to-teacher ratio in daycare centers.
