[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction announced on the 16th that it will offer the residential-commercial complex "Eunpyeong Xi The Star" for sale next month in the Sinsa-dong area of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.
This complex consists of two buildings with a total of 312 households, ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground. The units are sized at 49㎡ (urban-type residential housing) and 84㎡ (officetel). Designed to accommodate 2-3 person households comfortably, the units include two bathrooms, a wide living room, and storage spaces such as a large dressing room.
Eunpyeong Xi The Star is within walking distance of Eungam Station and Saejeol Station on Subway Line 6. When the GTX (Great Train Express) Line A of the metropolitan area opens in 2024 at Yeonsinnae Station, which connects Lines 3 and 6 nearby, commuting to the Gangnam area of Seoul is expected to become more convenient.
