Line and Seoul National University Join Hands to Foster Global Talent
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Line Plus, an affiliate of Naver, announced on the 15th that it has signed a business agreement with Seoul National University College of Business Administration to foster global talent.
Under the agreement, Line will strengthen the management knowledge and capabilities of its employees through various programs, including the mini MBA course called 'Line FLP (Future Leaders Program)' conducted in collaboration with Seoul National University College of Business Administration.
The Line FLP, which runs until December this year, is a 135-hour course consisting of various class modules such as ▲Business Strategy ▲Human Resources and Organization ▲Marketing ▲Finance and Accounting ▲Creativity, along with special lectures and exams. Thirty employees selected through recommendations from top executives in each of Line's corporations and organizations will participate in the first session held this year, and a certificate of completion will be awarded under the name of the Dean of Seoul National University College of Business Administration.
Additionally, Line will support programs to nurture Seoul National University business students as global leaders. Mentoring programs involving Line employees as mentors and internship programs will be conducted.
