On the 15th, Kim Sooyoung's Yangcheon-gu mayoral campaign announced the sudden recruitment of Seo Nowon, former deputy mayor of Yangcheon-gu (currently a visiting professor at the University of Seoul), as the head of the policy headquarters to support the realization of major pledges.

Director Seo emphasized, "Candidate Kim Sooyoung is a competent mayor who stabilized the chaotic district administration and initiated the stalled regional development," adding, "He is the right person to complete long-standing projects such as redevelopment, reconstruction, and transportation network expansion, realizing Yangcheon's future leap forward."
