On the 15th, Kim said on Facebook, "The abusive language, sophistry, and fabrications of the three presidential election losers Lee Jae-myung, Song Young-gil, and Yoon Ho-jung are unbearable to watch," adding, "How many crimes have they committed that they completely stripped the prosecution's investigative authority with '검수완박' and are now scared like a thief feeling guilty? This only amplifies the suspicions."
He pointed out, "Thanks to some political prosecutors who became the power's watchdogs during the Moon Jae-in administration, numerous illegal and corrupt cases such as the Wolseong Nuclear Power Plant economic manipulation case, Daejang-dong corruption gate, Seongnam FC bribery donation suspicions, Gyeonggi corporate card public fund misuse suspicions, Baekhyeon-dong land reclassification special privilege corruption suspicions, and power-type corruption suspicions related to the Optimus and Lime funds have been suppressed."
He then said, "Who dares to point fingers at others after committing such acts in broad daylight? Are presidential candidates a privileged class above the law?"
He also said, "Perhaps the vast majority of sensible citizens feel that 'the Democratic Party has been so accustomed to privilege and unfairness over the past five years that they are struggling not to lose those privileges and unfair advantages.'"
