Kakao Mobility Conducts First Open Recruitment for New Employees
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Kakao Mobility announced on the 13th that it is launching an open recruitment for new employees to lead the 'Next Mobility, Next Movement.' This is the first time Kakao Mobility is independently conducting open recruitment for new employees in non-development fields.
Kakao Mobility has adopted the slogan 'Next Mobility' for this open recruitment and plans to secure creative talents who will implement changes in future living environments based on mobility technology.
The recruitment fields include three non-development positions: Service & Business, Design, and Staff (Management Support). Anyone interested in mobility and IT fields who is expected to graduate in August 2022 or February 2023 (undergraduate, master's, or doctoral degree, regardless of major) can apply. For those already graduated, applicants with less than two years of experience are eligible.
To help applicants better understand the recruitment fields, Kakao Mobility will hold a 'Metaverse Recruitment Briefing' on the 19th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This briefing, conducted via Gather Town, will provide opportunities to ask recruitment-related questions and hear firsthand stories about the job roles and company life from current employees. Anyone who pre-registers through the website can participate.
The recruitment process consists of ▲document screening ▲first interview ▲final interview, and applications will be accepted on the Kakao Mobility recruitment website until the 25th. Successful candidates will join the company in July. While the target recruitment scale is double digits, the company plans to actively hire talented individuals without limiting the number of hires.
Kakao Mobility strives to create a work environment where employees can pursue work-life balance and become top experts in the mobility field. Various welfare benefits are provided, including ▲points worth 200,000 KRW per month usable on the KakaoT app ▲25 days of annual leave regardless of years of service ▲early leave every Friday ▲housing loan interest support ▲group insurance for employees and their families ▲support for recreational facilities, as well as ▲in-house technical conferences ▲electronic library support to aid self-development.
