Gyeonggi-do Expands 'Toddler Book Package' Program Supporting Reading and Childcare
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi-do is expanding the 'Toddler Book Package' project.
Gyeonggi-do announced on the 13th that it will expand the Toddler Book Package project, which lends 10 expert-recommended books free of charge to households with toddlers aged 3 to 5 in the province, and supports customized non-face-to-face reading parenting twice a month (a total of 12 times). They will recruit 1,200 participants on a first-come, first-served basis until the 20th.
The eligible recipients are toddlers born between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2018, residing in the province. The provided books will be collected all at once after the project and donated to the local community.
