Gochang-gun Local Job Center Recruiting Participants for 'Youth and Middle-aged Entrepreneurship Support Project'
[Gochang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kim Jae-gil] The Jeonbuk Gochang-gun Local Job Center announced on the 10th that it is recruiting 12 participants for the 'Youth and Middle-aged Startup Support Project' until the 20th.
This project provides up to 10 million KRW in startup support funds and startup education to prospective and early-stage entrepreneurs.
The recruitment targets are youth (under 39 years old) or middle-aged (40 years old and above) who have an address or registered domicile in the county, and non-residents can also apply on the condition of starting a business (business registration) in the county.
The 12 selected participants will receive basic and advanced startup education courses, from selecting startup items to practical startup work.
Graduates will receive an initial support fund of 5 million KRW, and a second support fund will be provided differentially based on the graduation evaluation. The top two graduates will receive up to 10 million KRW in startup funds, including a second support fund of 5 million KRW.
Participants will receive mentoring services from experts in various fields such as technology, management, marketing, law, taxation, and accounting, providing customized step-by-step education according to the startup industry and characteristics from the preparation stage to the settlement stage, in addition to the startup funds.
Hwang Gwang-hee, head of the County Win-Win Economy Division, said, "We will support and nurture youth and middle-aged entrepreneurs based in the county at the early stage to produce various startup achievements," and added, "We will create a region-customized startup ecosystem, create new jobs, and become an excellent model case as a startup hub city."
