Hanwha Solutions Q CELLS Strengthens Brand Power in European Solar Market
Participation in 'Intersolar Europe 2022'
Unveiling New Products with Improved Power Generation Efficiency
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Hanwha Solutions Q CELLS division (Hanwha Q CELLS) announced that it will participate in Intersolar Europe 2022, the largest solar exhibition in Europe, held in Munich, Germany, from the 11th to the 13th (local time).
Hanwha Q CELLS will set up the largest booth among participating companies to showcase high-efficiency cells, new module products, energy storage solutions, and power retail businesses. Intersolar, one of the world's four major solar exhibitions, will host about 920 solar companies and approximately 50,000 visitors.
Hanwha Q CELLS will unveil a new high-efficiency module product. The new module product, "Q.TRON," can achieve a power generation efficiency of over 22%, about 1 percentage point higher than existing modules.
The home energy storage solution "Q.HOME CORE" series will also be exhibited. Composed of solar inverters and energy storage systems (ESS), Q.HOME CORE allows storing and using solar-generated power as needed. Q.HOME CORE is currently sold in Europe and Australia, where demand for residential solar power is high.
Hanwha Q CELLS has ranked first for three consecutive years in the "German Living Consumer Goods Award," evaluated and awarded by German consumers. It was also selected as the number one in the electrical industry sector for two consecutive years in the "Best Reputation Award" hosted by the leading economic magazine Focus Money.
