Startup 'M&A' Capability Enhancement... Gyeonggi-do Operates 'Networking Day'
Basic Training, Practical Training, and Networking Days Held from May to October
Expert Advice and Consulting on 'M&A' Including Legal, Accounting, and Mergers & Acquisitions
[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Gyeonggi Province announced on the 9th that it will operate the "2022 Startup M&A Education and Networking Day" program to strengthen the professional capabilities of startups in the province interested in corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
From this month until October, the program will be composed of three parts: basic education, practical training, and networking day, aiming to enhance understanding of M&A and share related information.
The "basic education" will be conducted online in the form of a talk concert, inviting senior entrepreneurs and experts to freely discuss the basics and real experiences of M&A.
The "practical training" will involve experts in the field participating as mentors to assist with M&A strategies, conducted as a workshop focused on practical skills.
Through the "networking day," opportunities will be provided for corporate representatives interested in M&A transactions to meet and communicate.
In particular, the "Gyeonggi Fair M&A Support Center," which opened last May at the Pangyo Startup Campus, will provide expert advice and consulting related to law, accounting, and mergers and acquisitions.
