According to Korea Expressway Corporation, as of 8 PM on this day, on the Gyeongbu Expressway heading towards Seoul, vehicles are unable to speed up over a total distance of 86 km, including 8 km from Dallaenae to Banpo, 5 km near Suwon to Jukjeon Rest Area, 52 km from near Cheongju Rest Area to near Namsa, 6 km near Sintanjin to near Jukam Rest Area, and 9 km from Biryong Junction to Hoedeok Junction.
On the Seohaean Expressway heading towards Seoul, vehicles are moving slowly over a total distance of 46 km, including 6 km from Gwangmyeong Station to Geumcheon, 3 km from Maesong Rest Area to Yongdam Tunnel, 11 km from Seopyeongtaek Junction to near Hwaseong Rest Area, 18 km from near Dangjin to Seohae Bridge, and 7 km from near Daemyeong Tunnel to Dongseocheon Junction.
On the Jungbu Expressway heading towards Hanam, fast travel is difficult over a total distance of 44 km, including 2 km from Hanam to Hanam Junction, 25 km from Majang Junction to near Jungbu 1 Terminal, 10 km from near Iljuk to Moga, and 7 km from Namyi Junction to near Seocheongju.
On the Yeongdong Expressway heading towards Incheon, congestion is occurring over a total distance of 19 km, including 13 km from near Hobeop Junction to Yangji Tunnel, 2 km from Dongsuwon to near Gwanggyo Tunnel, and 2 km from Dundae Junction to near Banwol Tunnel.
