Growing 1-on-1 Personalized Management... Woori Bank Expands 'WON Concierge' Customers to 4 Million
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Woori Bank is expanding the number of dedicated customers for its non-face-to-face one-on-one personalized management service from 1.8 million to 4 million.
Woori Bank announced on the 6th that it will expand the customers of the 'WON Concierge' service to provide comprehensive services at the same level as face-to-face services in response to the increasing demand for non-face-to-face services. The WON Concierge service selects customers with high demand for non-face-to-face transactions and provides one-on-one personalized management, with consultation hours available until 5 p.m.
For the additionally selected customers, a 'Lucky Draw' event will be held until the end of this month. Customers newly selected as dedicated clients who apply for the prize recommendation event will be entered into a draw to receive prizes such as ▲CJ Mobile Gift Certificates ▲Starbucks Gifticons ▲Happy Point Mobile Coupons, with a total of 9,100 winners.
Additionally, the concierge attendance event 'Daily Stamp Challenge' and the recommended product subscription event 'Financial LIFE Starting with Dedicated Staff!' open to all dedicated customers will be held until the 10th of next month.
