View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Hanwha Systems is directly engaging in nurturing artificial intelligence (AI) talent by partnering with startups.
On the 4th, Hanwha Systems' ICT division signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Moduui Yeonguso, a startup operating an AI education community, to foster and secure AI specialists.
Through this agreement, both parties will jointly develop educational content to enhance the AI capabilities of Hanwha Systems employees and operate AI talent recruitment linkage programs. They will also collaborate on developing corporate practical AI tech introductory and advanced courses, as well as various activities including ▲operating AI educational content by company job category and level ▲excellent talent recruitment linkage programs ▲joint execution of internal and external AI projects ▲and cooperation in AI networking activities.
Hanwha Systems anticipates that the ongoing shortage of AI specialists across the IT industry will become prolonged, and thus plans to cultivate AI talent by activating in-house education and recruitment-linked programs. Starting from June this year, Hanwha Systems will open a recruitment linkage program through Moduui Yeonguso to secure practical AI professionals.
