The LINC 3.0 project follows the 1st phase LINC and 2nd phase LINC+ projects, aiming to "spread the industry-academia-research cooperation growth model to nurture future talents and foster entrepreneurial universities." A total of 76 universities in three general university categories and 59 specialized colleges participate in the project.


Dong-Eui University was selected under the general university type 2, the demand-customized growth type, and will proceed with the project aiming to advance human resource development and activate corporate support as required by industry and future society.


Through this project, Dong-Eui University plans to further enhance the systems, organizations, and performance management frameworks for industry-academia-research cooperation, strengthen industry-academia-research collaboration by fostering demand-customized technology commercialization and advanced field human resources.


The university also plans to create key outcomes centered on WG (Working Group), an industry-academia cooperation community unit organization combining departments, companies, and research institutes.


To this end, new organizations will be established, including a Performance Management Center for systematic project performance management, an Industry-Academia Education Institute for corporate needs education and incumbent worker training, a Corporate Demand Discovery Team for providing one-stop industry-academia services, and a Technology Management Support Office for integrated corporate technology support.


For sharing and collaboration with WG family companies, which are the core area of the project, a WG Support Center, Family Company Cooperation Center, and Shared Collaboration Center will also be established.
