[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Gyumin] A man in his 40s accused of murdering a woman in her 60s in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, appeared for a pre-arrest suspect interrogation (warrant hearing).
At around 10:30 a.m. on the 27th, Kwon Giman, the warrant judge of the Seoul Southern District Court, conducted the warrant hearing for Park, a man in his 40s charged with robbery and murder.

According to the police, Park stated in a verbal statement, "I broke in and killed the victim, who I knew as a neighbor, expecting that she would have a lot of money." It is known that Park committed the crime while struggling to prepare moving and eviction costs from the rental apartment where he lived.
