[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Noh Kyu-duk, head of the Korea Peace Negotiations Headquarters, is scheduled to hold a consultation with Sung Kim, the U.S. Special Representative for North Korea, on the afternoon of the 18th at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Seoul.
Special Representative Kim is expected to visit Korea for four days from the 18th to the 22nd.

This consultation comes two weeks after the Korea-U.S. senior nuclear negotiators' meeting held in Washington, U.S., on the 4th. Both sides plan to share assessments of the serious situation on the Korean Peninsula and closely discuss future response directions.
