On the 11th, at the briefing room of the Jeonnam Provincial Council, Park stated, "Despite having submitted a complaint to the police against the woman who claimed to be a victim of sexual harassment for false accusation, defamation, and spreading false information, and with the investigation underway, the Emergency Response Committee issued a disciplinary expulsion, framing the exercise of the right to rebut and the rebuttal press release as secondary harm."
He continued, "Ahead of the Jeonnam basic local government chief public deliberation on the 12th, the Emergency Response Committee, aiming to eliminate me, made a fatal mistake by condoning a slanderous plot," he defied.

In particular, Park said, "I wonder if I was made a scapegoat because I have no party background due to being from the Open Democratic Party," and added, "I will fight to revoke the Emergency Response Committee's expulsion decision."
