Isu Construction Wins Two Urban Renewal Projects in Seoul
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Isu Construction announced on the 11th that it has secured two urban maintenance projects: the Garojutaek Maintenance Project in Dobong-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul, and the Small-scale Reconstruction Project in Hawolgok-dong, Seongbuk-gu.
The Garojutaek Maintenance Project in Dobong-dong is a project to build a total of 209 households and neighborhood living facilities in the Dobong-dong area. It is planned to be constructed as two buildings with 2 basement floors and 15 above-ground floors. The project site is adjacent to Dobong Station on Seoul Subway Line 1 and Suraksan Station on Line 7, and has access to the Dongbu Expressway.
The Small-scale Reconstruction Project of Dongsin Apartment in Hawolgok-dong involves building two buildings with 2 basement floors and 20 above-ground floors, 146 households, and auxiliary welfare facilities. Wolgok Station on Line 6 and Gireum Station on Line 4 are located nearby.
