"With Whole Shrimp for a Chewy Bite!" ... Samjin Fishcake Launches 2 Types of Crispy Outside, Tender Inside Menbosha Fishcakes
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Samjin Eomuk has launched Menbosha Eomuk, a snack that can be enjoyed without burden both as a child's snack and as an adult's anju (drinking snack).
Unlike the typical Menbosha, which has shrimp meat between fried batter, Samjin Eomuk's new Menbosha Eomuk adds fish cake and whole shrimp on crispy bread, enhancing the flavor with a clean and chewy texture.
The two types of Menbosha Eomuk consist of ‘Chili Shrimp Menbosha’ and ‘Cream Ddaengcho Menbosha’.
‘Chili Shrimp Menbosha’ adds chili sauce to the Menbosha Eomuk, while ‘Cream Ddaengcho Menbosha’ is developed to be even more delicious by adding ddaengcho fish cake dough and cream sauce.
Menbosha Eomuk can be found at Samjin Eomuk stores nationwide.
To commemorate the launch of the two new Menbosha Eomuk products, Samjin Eomuk also prepared a price discount event of about 16% when purchasing a set.
