Three Workers Suffocate at Songpa-gu Construction Site... Two Transported to Hospital
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Three workers were suffocated at a youth housing construction site in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
According to the fire authorities, at around 12:49 PM on the 7th, after completing the rescue operation, the firefighters transported two of the workers to a nearby hospital and treated one at the scene.
All the workers involved in the accident were conscious at the time of rescue, and their injuries are reported to be non-life-threatening.

According to the fire authorities, besides the three suffocated workers, one more person was working at the site during the accident but evacuated the site on their own. The police are investigating the detailed cause of the accident.
