[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Gyumin] A man in his 60s who threatened the head of a manpower agency to receive overdue wages was arrested by the police.
The Seodaemun Police Station in Seoul announced on the 7th that they have booked and are investigating a man in his 60s, Mr. A, on charges of special intimidation.
Mr. A is accused of threatening Mr. B, a man in his 50s and the head of the manpower agency located in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, with a weapon around 6 p.m. on the 5th.
It is known that Mr. A committed this crime while demanding overdue wages from Mr. B.
The police, who responded to the report, arrested Mr. A at the scene. Fortunately, no one was injured at the scene.
