Boseong-gun Expands Support for Food and Beauty Business Environment Improvement Projects
Support Fund for Beauty and Hair Salons Up to 1.5 Million Won, Increased 1.5 Times Compared to Last Year
[Boseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Boseong County announced on the 6th that it is recruiting businesses to participate in the Food and Public Hygiene Facility Environment Improvement Project until the 15th of this month.
The support items for general restaurants include replacement of standing tables (30 locations) and improvement of kitchen, restroom, and handwashing facilities (6 locations). For beauty and hair salons, support includes interior, signage, and replacement of beauty and hair salon chairs. Simple purchase of consumable fixtures is excluded from support, and 50% of the required project cost will be supported.
Replacement of standing tables is supported up to a maximum of 1 million KRW per location, and kitchen and restroom improvements are supported up to 5 million KRW.
Beauty and hair salons can receive support up to 1.5 million KRW.
The support amount for beauty and hair salons has increased 1.5 times from 1 million KRW last year to 1.5 million KRW this year.
The eligible applicants are food and public hygiene businesses that have registered their business and have been operating in Boseong County for more than six months.
Business owners wishing to participate in the project should check the announcement from Boseong County Office and submit the application form and required documents in person to the Hygiene Management Division of the Culture and Tourism Department at the county office by the 15th of this month.
The county plans to select recipients through document screening and on-site inspection to verify eligibility, followed by deliberation by the Boseong County Hygiene Business Support Committee.
