View original image[Asia Economy Sejong=Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Fair Trade Commission Chairman Seongwook Cho reported assets worth approximately 2.97 billion KRW, which is about 30 million KRW less than a year ago.
According to the 'Regular Asset Change Report' disclosed by the Government Officials Ethics Committee on the 31st, Chairman Cho reported a total of 2.97438 billion KRW in assets for himself and his family (mother), a decrease of about 34.73 million KRW compared to the previous year.
He holds a housing unit under his name: a 65th-floor penthouse (172.66㎡) in Lotte Castle, Jeonnong-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with a pre-sale right valued at 1.015 billion KRW. Last year, it was valued at 690 million KRW, but the current value increased due to installment payments.
He also owns a jeonse right worth 315 million KRW for an apartment in Gwanak Dream Town, Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul; a commercial share worth 210.04 million KRW in Songpa Prugio City, Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul; and a share worth 132.44 million KRW in Doosan Venture Dime, a neighborhood living facility in Pyeongchon-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang, Gyeonggi Province.
His deposits decreased from 1.73617 billion KRW to 1.30757 billion KRW, influenced by installment payments, increased jeonse deposits, building maintenance costs, and value fluctuations. He owns a 2012 Genesis vehicle valued at 12.66 million KRW.
Kim Jaeshin, Vice Chairman of the Fair Trade Commission, reported assets totaling 1.33614 billion KRW for himself and his family (including spouse and children), an increase of 384.96 million KRW compared to a year ago. His apartment in Saerom-dong, Saetteum Village 4 Complex, Sejong City (85.00㎡) rose in value by 250 million KRW to 548 million KRW.

Among the Fair Trade Commission’s first-level officials, Standing Commissioner Jinwook Jung’s total assets increased by 398.72 million KRW over the past year to 5.44754 billion KRW. The price of Hanbo Mido Mansion (115.05㎡) in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, held under his name, rose by 249 million KRW to 2.185 billion KRW. Additionally, he owns a commercial property (95.36㎡, 357.79 million KRW) in Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province; the M Stay Hotel Jeju (23.82㎡, 156.69 million KRW) lodging facility in Seogwipo-si, Jeju Island; and a jeonse right (45.26㎡, 10 million KRW) for the Sejin Palace mixed-use building in Naseong-dong, Sejong City.
